Are you working in Maintenance and looking for a new opportunity?If so, the Maintenance Technician/Caretaker position at Metes and Bounds is the job for you!Property: Hidden Ponds and Concord GreenLocation: Apple Valley and Bloomington, MinnesotaPay: $28 - $32 per hourHours: 40 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-callIn this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a thorough background check.
