You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities•\tDrink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and guest preferences.•\tBar Setup & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.•\tGuest Engagement: Provide friendly and attentive service to bar patrons, including making recommendations and handling special requests.•\tOrder Management: Input drink orders accurately and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.•\tID Verification: Check guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.•\tCash Handling: Process cash and card payments efficiently.Qualifications •\tExperience: Previous bartending experience required in a fast-paced environment.•\tSkills: Strong mixology knowledge and customer service skills.•\tPhysical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items such as kegs and cases.•\tTeam Player: Positive attitude and collaboration with FOH and BOH team members.•\tCertification: Current Texas Food Handlers Certificate and TABC certification.•\tAttention to Detail: Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.•\tVariable: Other duties as assignedBenefits•\tCompetitive pay and tips•\tOpportunities for growth and advancementCompensationOur compensation package includes a base hourly wage plus generous tips.
