They value integrity and have been in business for more than 80+ years!Why You Should Consider This Opportunity:Family-owned & currently on their 4th generation of ownership!In business 80+ years!Great leadership & longevityOpportunity to make a direct impact company-wideStrong benefits & compensation plans!Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:Manage and lead your team of 6 direct reportsAssist with month-end closePerform account/bank reconciliations and journal entriesAssist with annual audit requestsUnderstand, create, and produce job cost/analysis reports as requested by Project ManagerQualifications for the Accounting Manager:Bachelors in Accounting/Finance preferred; MBA or CPA welcomed5-7+ years of experienceConstruction experience; will consider all industriesAbility to identify process improvements and make changesCompensation: $100,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
