Accounting ManagerThe Accounting Manager oversees the full scope of the organization's financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ongoing analysis of key performance metrics. This role ensures accurate accounting operations, strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cash-flow and risk management. This individual also leads the finance and accounting team while optimizing systems, processes, and technology to support operational efficiency and business insights. Beyond core financial stewardship, the position collaborates across departments, contributes to organizational development, supports business growth initiatives, and actively participates in company culture, leadership development, and team-wide engagement activities.The Accounting Manager reports to the CFO and serves property owners, property managers, and internal team members.Since 1996, we have been the foremost leader in property restoration for South-Central Wisconsin's property owners and insurance providers.
