Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Industrial Assembler to join our team in Carey, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, contributing to the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
1st: Hours: Mon. – Fri. 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $16.85
2nd: Hours: Mon. – Fri. 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $17.60
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
