Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health statuses, considering their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals presenting various mental health conditions, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, and other significant emotional challenges.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that take into account cultural competencies and meet the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
