Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status and identify treatment needs, incorporating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning metrics.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, ensuring they adequately meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment strategies based on clinical feedback, patient responses, and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
