Operations Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient, accurate distribution operations in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a positive team environment Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure customer commitments are met Coordinate labor, schedules, and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency Monitor inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate warehouse transactions Partner with leadership on hiring, employee development, performance management, and team engagement Maintain compliance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety standards while supporting a safe work environment What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in a distribution environment 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping/receiving operations Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and HAZMAT certification (or willingness to become certified) are preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Curran Recruiting
