Job Title: Operations Field Supervisor

Salary: $60,000.00 Annual

Schedule: Varies/Will fill in shifts as needed

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Field Supervisor to join our operations team and help us maintain our high standards of security and service. As an Operations Field Supervisor, you’ll be working with our operations team, overseeing daily operations, learning the ins and outs of each post and filling in where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective functioning of all security posts.
• Learn the intricacies of each security position and fill in where needed.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and report on security operations, maintaining clear communication with management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be fully vaccinated and able to provide a vaccination card.
• Completion of Executive Protection Training (certificate required).
• Current BSIS CA Guard Card.
• BSIS CA Exposed Firearms Permit.
• California CCW
• Baton
• Pepper Spray certifications.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
• No visible tattoos.
• Good physical condition.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in report writing.
• Must provide BSIS Training Certificates upon request.
• Military experience is a plus.
• FAA Drone Pilot License is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a drug test and background check.
