For more information about the GameBird and our company, visit our website game.aero.We are hiring an experienced Onsite Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts from the ground level. This position plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber aerospace professionals across engineering, manufacturing, and support roles. The ideal candidate brings aerospace industry experience and is comfortable working directly onsite in a fast-paced, production environment. NO AGENCIES or VISA sponsorship available. Direct Hire, Onsite Only.Key Responsibilities Include:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top aerospace talent, including direct sourcing, job boards, professional networks, industry events, and technical schools.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conduct candidate interviews and facilitate technical interviews with department leads.Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to HR Director and leadership.Promote the company as an employer of choice within the aerospace community.Attend career fairs, trade shows, and recruiting events relevant to the aerospace industry.Assist in refining job descriptions and posting strategies to increase applicant quality and volume.Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development for future hiring needs.Required Qualifications:10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ year in aerospace or aviation manufacturing.Strong understanding of aerospace-related roles, certifications, and candidate profiles.Must have experience hiring aerospace engineers and understanding the technical requirements of engineering roles.Proven ability to source and attract hard-to-find technical talent.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Experience working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience recruiting for FAA-certified roles, A&P mechanics, or composite technicians.Familiarity with EEO, OFCCP, and other compliance requirements in hiring.PHR or SHRM certificationPersonal attributes that support your success:High intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial, creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner, with demonstrated initiative.High level of maturity and ability to work in a team setting or independently.Willing to roll up your sleeves to help drive results.Unquestionable ethics and personal integrity.Game Aerospace Benefits Overview:Employee HealthMedical, Dental, and Vision – plans that include both PPO and High-Deductible HSA options for medical.Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Limited Purpose, and Dependent Care) to reduce out-of-pocket costs.Retirement and Financial Planning401k Plan Highlights include a 4% company match with full vesting day 1.Our employee assistance program also includes financial coaching, will preparation, budgeting, and many more.Protection for You and Your FamilyCompany-paid Life Insurance and company-paid Short-Term Disability provide built-in financial protection from day one.Optional supplemental Life, Long-Term Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness plans allow you to customize your coverage as your family’s needs grow.PTO and Holidays160 hours of Paid Time Off in addition to paid holidaysEmployee Pilot TrainingEmployee Pilot Training Program to get you your pilot license — a truly unique perk in aerospace.Game Aerospace is not able to sponsor visas or hire applicants who require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, etc.) at this time.
