As the Insurance Account Representative for Richard Cossio Agency, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations—and help customers succeed. You’ll grow the agency by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the right agency teams. Through proactive outreach and smart product recommendations, you’ll help improve customers’ protection and strengthen our business.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with insurance product questions and coverage options
• Assist with new policy applications, changes, and renewals
• Follow up with leads and support sales through excellent customer service
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account activity

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• Base compensation plus commissions and bonuses.
