I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate. My passion for insurance began after being involved in a car accident, which inspired me to learn everything I could about helping others protect what matters most.

Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. I serve as Chair of the MDGLCC Women's Empowerment Committee, am an active member of the Miami-Dade LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to be an NGLCC LGBTBE Certified Business. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
