About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions. I'm originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers. Role Description

Mauricio Interiano - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
