We are looking for dependable Event Staff candidate to support a busy registration area for an upcoming contract assignment located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this customer-facing role, you will welcome attendees, help create a smooth check-in experience, and provide clear assistance throughout the event. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting guests in a fast-paced environment.Here’s how you’ll contribute:• Welcome attendees at the registration area and distribute event credentials accurately and efficiently.• Guide guests to appropriate event spaces and answer general questions about on-site navigation.• Partner with the event team to resolve check-in concerns and assist with same-day registration needs.• Monitor badge inventory by counting, sorting, and arranging materials to keep the registration desk organized.• Deliver courteous service at all times to help create a positive experience for event participants.• Maintain a tidy and well-organized front-of-house area throughout the assignment.
