You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, vendors, and clients to ensure that every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and event setup.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation.
• Track and report event metrics and outcomes to assess success and areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
