Forklift Operator (1st shift)

We are seeking motivated Stock Handlers to join our dynamic team in Depew, NY. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Shift & Compensation:
- Pay: $19.25 per hour
- Standard Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Overtime Availability: Must have open flexibility for mandatory overtime as needed, which includes 4:00 AM start times. Excellent earning potential for those looking to maximize weekly hours.
- Safely operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to handle, receive, and store products.
- Utilize RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Repack and palletize products for distribution.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Prior experience with a reach truck or cherry picker (order picker) is preferred.
- Proficiency using RF scanners for accurate picking, tracking, and staging.
- Willingness to jump in on packing, repacking, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
