Overview Customer Service Manager – Manufacturing Industry Our successful manufacturing client needs a Customer Service Manager for their team! This direct-hire, hybrid role is perfect for a thoughtful leader with a minimum of three years of customer service experience. Responsibilities Manage, train, mentor, and review performance of customer service team Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth Prepare knowledge-based materials and custom product quotes Communicate directly with customers as needed to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met Inform organization stakeholders of changes to customer demand, technical requirements, or other potential impacts to the business Compile reports and analyze statistics Foster a safe, customer-focused work environment Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a related customer service role Extensive knowledge of customer service principles Previous experience in a manager role preferred Knowledge of MRP or other computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities This Manufacturing Customer Service Manager role offers $95K-$120K/year, DOE.
