This role is onsite at our fully-equipped Rehabilitation Facility located in Camden, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, assessing their functional mobility and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practice, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving patient goals.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress through SOAP notes and progress summaries in the Company's electronic health record system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Educate patients and their families on various aspects of the recovery process, including therapy techniques and strategies to improve home care and self-management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate with other service providers to optimize care for patients utilizing multiple therapies.
• Adhere to performance metrics and utilization goals, contributing to the operational success of the facility while maintaining a patient-centric focus.
• Serve as a mentor and advocate for the company's core values, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults from various backgrounds and diagnoses. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. A strong focus on inclusivity and understanding of the patients' unique cultural and personal contexts will be vital in providing effective care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy license from the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
