Executive Assistant
Downey is a boutique residential interior design firm based in New York City, creating considered, highly personal homes for a discerning private clientele. We are a small team, which means every person here has real ownership and visible impact on the work. We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful executive assistant to support our firm principal across both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a true right-hand role. You will manage the principal's calendar, communications, travel, and commitments, and you will also handle personal and household matters that keep her day running. You will also support the broader studio team as needs arise. The ideal candidate brings experience as an executive assistant, along with genuine interest or background in interiors, architecture or an adjacent field.
