You'll keep the plant's heavy production equipment—conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, sorters—running safely, efficiently, and reliably.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic production machinery.Perform PM's and installations to prevent downtime.Work (solo, or with a team) to keep production on schedule; and use maintenance software to document work ordersWhat You Must Have5+ years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience in production environmentsMechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skillsExperience with large conveyors (24"+) and replacing beltsKnowledge of 480V 3-phase motorsOwn basic tools (socket sets, wrenches, cordless drill, grinder, multimeter)Valid driver's licenseBasic Welding knowledgePay & Benefits$28–$50/hour depending on experience, with plenty of OT available; (most techs average 50 hrs/week)Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance. 401(k) with match + stock options.
