Warehouse Director

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The Warehouse Director for Union Supply Group oversees all aspects of warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of inventory management—from purchasing and receiving to storage and distribution—while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and facility integrity. The Warehouse Director plays a critical role in supporting sales volume, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse professionals. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage all warehouse functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of products and equipment across stadium concessions, restaurants, and suites. Ensure safe, efficient, and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including specialized handling for chilled or fragile items. Maintain tight inventory controls and oversee accurate physical inventories, including pre-kitting processes. Optimize warehouse layout and product flow to meet operational needs and special requirements. Monitor and meet efficiency targets using computerized systems and automated storage/retrieval technologies. Ensure product availability aligns with sales volume and mix by managing par levels and coordinating timely deliveries to all stadium areas. Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Enforce vendor and purchasing compliance standards and support forecasting and planning efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event-based operations and ensure seamless execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a high-volume, event-driven environment such as stadiums or sports venues. Strong background in inventory management and control. Experience with P&L accountability and/or contract-managed services. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service. Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory software. Physical Requirements: This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
