Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient and some inpatient settings.
• Develop and implement patient care plans according to facility policies.
• Document patient progress and treatment modifications effectively.
• Communicate effectively with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Adapt to various patient care needs and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred.
• Accepts first-time travelers.
• Willingness to float to different units if required.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required; exemptions accepted for medical/religious reasons.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
