Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team, with some inpatient responsibilities. This position offers a supportive environment for both experienced professionals and first-time travelers.

Schedule

This position requires availability for a day shift, working five 8-hour days from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Valid Physical Therapist license in hand or compact state license required at submission
• COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
