Assistant Store Manager

Summary The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales and service targets while maintaining operational standards. You will lead and develop a professional store team, identify areas for improvement, and help deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a focus on store presentation and team performance. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a gold-standard team Set and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines Work with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager Requirements Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team Professional verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
