Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and concerns.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that meet individual client needs.
- Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or services to existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
- Nevada P& C License prefer, willing to train, licensing assistance available.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving their insurance needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable using technology for client management and communication.
