About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. As mental health awareness continues to grow, we are expanding our services to meet patient needs across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatry programs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of psychiatric disorders in diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure quality care outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, therapists, and primary care physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide psychiatric consultations and follow-ups as part of integrated care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participate in educational, research, and professional development initiatives, as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
• Minimum 3 7 years of clinical psychiatric experience (inpatient or outpatient setting preferred).
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to mental health advocacy and patient-centered care.
