Job Description:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the acute care rehabilitation unit, working in a multidisciplinary team involving PT, OT, and Speech.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient care in the EMR system Cerner.
Participate in department meetings and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification)
Valid California license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty with at least 1 year in an acute care hospital setting
