Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include providing psychotherapy services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns. Key duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' histories and presenting issues.

• Developing customized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused techniques.
\n
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), catered to the unique preferences and needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of service delivered.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to integrate new findings into your treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population dealing with a wide array of mental health conditions, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
