Must be able to physically come into the shop to work. This job is not remote. Responsibilities Works with co-workers and customers with file transfers, design options, proofs, etc. Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer. Provides accurate proofs/renderings to clients in a timely manner. Communicates and works with customers to create and deliver high-quality, creative, and accurate proofs. Assists in the maintenance of all equipment, including computers, plotters, and printers. Maintains accurate electronic and paper records of File Storage for all proofs/renderings. Works on different projects simultaneously. Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments. Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Qualifications Experience with multiple computer software programs is needed, specifically Adobe Creative Suite. Illustrator and Photoshop, and RIP software, including Flexi, Onyx, and Versa Works. Strong PC skills and internet, publishing software, and sign production software skills. Previous experience as a graphic designer, sign-related computer operator, or desktop publishing required, including an advanced level of experience using Adobe applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions, and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa). Able to work well under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work. Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods. Able to lift 50 or more pounds. Able to use light power equipment.
