Outreach Specialist - Homeless Services & Support

Mental Health Partnerships

Mental Health Partnerships (MHP) is hiring a full-time Outreach Specialist in Upper Darby, PA to engage individuals experiencing homelessness and connect them with resources to shelters, cafes or safe havens. The role requires a valid driver's license, 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle. The starting rate is $21.63/hour with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health Partnerships
