Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company goals, directives and objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Oversight of the planning, organization and direction of the activities of the clinic supervisory team at assigned clinicsProvides supervision, development and mentoring, evaluation and management of clinic supervisory staffMonitors compliance of all clinic metrics (Customer Service, Membership, Retention, etc)Assists in the preparation, implementation and adherence to clinic budgetsEnsures region is well promoted and properly represented through marketing and community relationsProvides continual process improvement including all clinic processes and/or servicesCoordinates and guides integration of new business ventures and programsPerforms all other related duties as assignedYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a related field (8+ years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)6+ years of progressive experience in medical practice managementProficiency in basic computer systems and applicationsAbility to demonstrate independent initiative, make sound decisions using effective problem- solving techniquesEffective ability to develop interpersonal relationshipsAbility to develop and present comprehensive reportsAbility to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) in a professional mannerFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
