Education Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence. License/Certification Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist and Current BLS certification. Other Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Note May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on‑site direct supervision. Category I Job usually involves contact with patients or patient specimens. Exposure to blood, body fluids, non‑intact skin or tissue specimens, is possible.
