Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives as a part-time Physical Therapist working in a dynamic charter school environment serving grades PreK-8th. Located conveniently near Las Vegas, NV, this contract opportunity runs from August 10 through May 21, 2027, offering you the chance to work closely with educators and families to support student growth and development.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Nevada Physical Therapy (PT) license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
• Experience in a school-based setting (PreK-8th preferred)
• Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students to support their educational and developmental goals
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for students in alignment with IEPs and school policies
• Work closely with special education staff and related service providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage with families to share strategies and progress, empowering them to continue therapy support at home
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings, including IEP reviews and parent conferences
