Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Put your expertise as a Physical Therapist to work in the Las Vegas, NV area, supporting students at a charter school from PreK through 8th grade. This part-time, in-person contract position spans the academic year from August 10 through May 21, 2027, offering the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a school environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Current Nevada Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility and willingness to obtain prior to your start date
• Background in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare physical therapy settings
• Experience or genuine interest in working with school-aged children (PreK-8th grade)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with students, teachers, and parents
• Flexibility to manage priorities across diverse needs and grade levels
• Commitment to in-person services within a supportive, charter school community

Your key responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted PT interventions to improve mobility, motor skills, and access to the educational environment
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and related service providers
• Document progress and update goals throughout the school year
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
• Help facilitate a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
