What You'll Do

• Train to operate advanced Roto Gravure and Flexographic printing presses
• Assist with machine setup, material handling, ink management, and changeovers
• Perform quality checks to ensure top-quality printed products
• Learn machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and press operation
• Work closely with a team to keep production running safely and efficiently
• Advance into a leadership role overseeing press operations and support staff

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on machine operating experience
• Manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Printing press or forklift experience is a plus

Schedule: 12-hour night shift (6:54 PM - 7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotation. Training may occur on days or nights depending on availability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54995.00 - $71240.00/yr.
