Our NP3 Medicine Observation Unit is a 9-bed private unit. The RN / Registered Nurse is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluating results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities. Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) (Required) Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
