As a Security Officer Patrol Response Agent in South San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will put people first, work through teamwork, and act with integrity every day.

- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report discrepancies, damaged barriers, and/or suspicious behavior.
- Support order and continuity of operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other assigned documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
