Role Overview This Vice President role focuses on product development and management, launching and managing fee‑based advisory products across four US distribution channels. Products include proprietary or third‑party managed instruments in Separately Managed Accounts for mandates across all asset classes (multi‑asset, fixed income, equity, alternatives, structured products/derivatives). The role oversees the product lifecycle, streamlines offerings, builds relationships with stakeholders, and influences across levels to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities Partner with leaders across the company to design and structure innovative offerings or enhance existing capabilities. Independently lead product launches or changes, collaborating across investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations, and technology teams. Provide subject‑matter expertise on our offerings throughout the organization, representing them in committees and forums. Lead consolidation efforts to streamline products, optimize resource use, and focus on revenue and asset growth areas. Provide ongoing product support and coordinate across business lines to ensure a unified client experience for new launches and key program changes. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking or consulting. Experience with investment products and asset classes, with preference for prior experience in multi‑asset class solutions and structured products/derivatives. Proven track record designing new investment products and successfully launching new channels, programs or products to market, aligning critical dependencies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex concepts clearly to key partners and senior leaders. Team‑oriented and able to influence people from various functions and seniority levels. Analytical and data‑driven, with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Proactive communicator with a self‑starter mentality. Advanced degree preferred, alongside industry certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CFP.
