Job Description & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Assist with implementing treatment plans under the direction of a physical therapist.
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow clinical protocols.
Requirements
- Active PTA license required.
- Previous experience in an outpatient or similar healthcare setting required.
- Must complete contract quality assurance (QA) credentialing.
- Candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent state license immediately.
- Additional documentation must be completed directly with ATI before clearance to start.
