Altair at Riverwalk located in West Haven, Utah, is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional living experience for our residents. Competitive pay based on experience Professional development and training with NXT Property Management Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within the property management industry Key Responsibilities Property Operations Collect rent by the 5th of each month and ensure timely deposits Enter rents, changes, and updates into on-site property management software Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections Maintain and follow a company-approved operating budget Leasing & Resident Relations Answer calls and inquiries from prospective residents Show available apartments and assist with leasing Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Respond to resident questions and service requests Maintenance Coordination Receive and track work orders Schedule maintenance staff and vendors Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily Vendor & Property Coordination Schedule landscapers and other vendors servicing the property Help ensure property standards are maintained Reporting & Administrative Duties Assist in preparing weekly reports for ownership, including: Current rent roll Prospective resident traffic Delinquency updates Work with the NXT Property Management supervisor to help prepare the annual property budget Attend company training and meetings as required Qualifications 2+ years of property management experience required Experience with Entrata property management software preferred Strong computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Word) Good math and financial tracking skills Knowledge of common apartment maintenance issues Professional, friendly, and confident communication style Pleasant, cheerful, firm and assertive when needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys working with residents and prospects Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can confidently manage rent collections and follow-ups Works well independently and as part of a team If you're ready to grow your career in property management and help create a great living environment for residents, apply today to join the team at Altair at Riverwalk! #J-18808-Ljbffr
