Our Core Values – How We Will Accomplish This Mission Be Better Every Day Deliver Results Persevere with Grit Win as a Team The Position The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for the following: Job Posting and Promotion Draft compelling job descriptions and post openings in Exelare, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. Participate in job intake calls with hiring managers to ensure accurate job postings. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and applications. Candidate Sourcing and Screening Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HumCap’s applicant tracking system, online databases, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Prepare candidates for client interview processes. Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers. Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Internal Reporting Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to generate daily and weekly reports for the recruiting team. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports to internal team. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including scheduling interviews and managing recruitment-related documents. Assist with other special projects as needed to support the overall recruitment function. Other Roles and Responsibilities Organize work to maximize productivity and increase efficiency Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects Attend networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential clients and prospective candidates We are looking for someone who is: A creative, flexible and innovative team member Comfortable dealing with a variety of individuals at all organization levels An enthusiastic, self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed recruiting services in a changing environment Able to represent HumCap at local business meetings, job fairs, and local seminars to represent the organization in the community Able to work autonomously and is independent in their decision making and responsibilities An excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing Fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of the recruitment cycle Professional, able to build relationships, and influence others Industry Experience 0 - 2 years’ experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment OR experience in sales Strong PC Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Databases Selling experience is a plus!
