This is a hybrid WFH role allowing the Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) to be at home 2 days per week with the other 3 days in our Downers Grove, IL office.As a Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP), you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier IT services and support to our diverse client base.
