Human Resources Generalist

Support daily Human Resources operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, resume screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination. Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and maintain an efficient recruitment process. Assist with employee relations matters by providing HR support and escalating issues when appropriate. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Assist with training coordination, learning & development programs, and workforce development initiatives. Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
