Title
Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health

Schedule
Monday-Thursday

Assignment Details
- Daily Census: Approximately 9 patients
- Typical Visit Length: 45 minutes
- Typical Patient Ratio: 1:1

Requirements
- License: Must have a Georgia license
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in relevant specialty
- Skills: Pelvic health expertise with experience in outpatient/rehab settings

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with pelvic health concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on the management of pelvic health issues and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with facility protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- Must complete core compliance items within 48 hours of contract signing.
- All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start date.
- Maximum of 7 days Request Time Off (RTO) allowed per contract, to be finalized at time of submission.
- Expected to work 1-2 major holidays if they fall during the assignment duration.
