DPR Construction – Self Perform Work Drywall Project Manager Job Description: Self Perform Work Drywall Project Manager responsible for day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of assigned projects. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management for assigned projects. Lead self‑perform projects in healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial markets. Manage and mentor the project team, including senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator. Achieve detailed, hands‑on project scope knowledge and deliver cost control, billing, collections, change management, cash flows, and monthly status reports. Serve as key point of contact with owners and architects, and challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams. Accountable for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and manage project planning and scheduling activities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in DPR core markets. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. Excellent listening and strong communication skills. Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues and build team morale. Understanding of building processes and systems. Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; project management software (Prolog or similar); accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar); and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). A strong work ethic and “can‑do” attitude. Benefits & Compensation This position is salaried.
