Job Description Family Medicine opening in Wisconsin - H1b eligible * Located in *Manitowoc, WI - only 30 miles to Sheboygan! Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Joining a highly successful non-profit health system Team consists of 3 MDs, 1 PA, 4 NPs (1 APP in current recruitment) Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 patient contact hours) Clinic hours: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Call: 1 week every 10 weeks call rotation (and growing) 7am on Monday to 7am on the following Monday Does not occur during normal business hours M-F Just phone call; nurse triage takes first call The team structure involves working closely with 1-2 MA/LPNs for day- to-day workflow There is support from a RN that provide triage support. There is a focus on collaboration between the physicians & APPs to ensure that there is continuity of care for our patients Patient volume 15/30 and 20/40 or straight 40s Can do virtual visit blocks (4 hour blocks) either at home or in the office Competitive compensation and benefits!
