Corporate Associate – Midsize Law Firm Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 per year. About Us We are a mid‑size regional law firm with a growing housing and commercial real‑estate transactional practice. We work with developers, lenders, and investors on projects that get built, not just papered, and we hire attorneys who run deal work directly rather than sit behind layers of review. Job Details Form, structure, and maintain the corporate entities—LLCs, partnerships, corporations—that sit underneath housing and commercial real‑estate deals: drafting operating agreements and governance documents, structuring joint ventures and syndications, running entity‑level diligence on acquisitions and financings, handling multi‑jurisdiction formation and qualification filings, and keeping closings clean on the entity side. Qualifications 3–8 years of corporate/transactional experience (candidates somewhat outside this range considered based on depth); Active law license in the Southeast, required, no exceptions; Substantial hands‑on experience with LLC formation and entity governance; Strong independent drafting and deal‑management ability; Advanced tax or corporate‑tax background is a plus, not a requirement.
