Job Details You'll form, structure, and maintain the corporate entities — LLCs, partnerships, corporations — that sit underneath housing and commercial real estate deals: drafting operating agreements and governance documents, structuring joint ventures and syndications, running entity‑level diligence on acquisitions and financings, handling multi‑jurisdiction formation and qualification filings, and keeping closings clean on the entity side. Must‑have: 3–8 years of corporate/transactional experience (candidates somewhat outside this range considered based on depth); active law license in the Southeast, required, no exceptions; substantial hands‑on experience with LLC formation and entity governance; strong independent drafting and deal‑management ability.
