About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Corporate Strategy to play a pivotal role in defining and owning the long-term strategic agenda. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or corporate development, and will be responsible for leading the corporate planning process, setting the framework for evaluating growth and enterprise risk, and driving the strategic direction of the organization. This role requires a strategic advisor who can influence and align with the Executive Team, Division Presidents, and the Board on critical growth and investment decisions. The AVP will also be tasked with leading a high-performing strategy team, promoting a culture of unity, and ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives across clinical, business, and technology domains. Applicants for the AVP, Corporate Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those who have worked at a top-tier management consulting firm or in an in-house corporate strategy leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and/or life sciences, particularly in areas such as payor, provider, pharma, med tech, or bio tech, and experience with healthcare technology. Key skills include structured and logical thinking, analytical leadership, executive presence, and a proven track record in leadership and talent development. The role demands a professional with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, who is adept at driving cross-functional alignment and is committed to the values of diversity, inclusion, and the mission to transform radiology.
