OB/GYN Physician (New Graduates Accepted) - South Bend, IN

Permanent job | Full-time | 100% Outpatient

We are seeking an  OB/GYN Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient practice offering strong work-life balance and long-term career stability.  New graduates are welcome.

Schedule

• Mon: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Tue-Thu: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Sat: 1st & 3rd only, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• No evenings | Off major holidays

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Completed OB/GYN residency

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

• Indiana license (or eligible)

• DEA license (or eligible)

• Interest in community-based outpatient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $230k-$250k

• $5,000 CME + 40 CME hours

• $5,000 relocation reimbursement

• Retention bonus

• Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase
